The next interesting tool is another Firefox Add-on called Shareaholic, which enables you an easy way to share sites without cluttering your browser window to your various social pages, such as Digg, Delicious, Stumble Upon, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and many many more.  Interesting features too with their BuzzMonitor:

You can now find the freshest news, videos and blogs as they emerge on the realtime web within Shareaholic and easily share that on any of your social networks.

We have also now added a Facebook page for Realising Designs, which you can reach from the Facebook icon in the sidebar or here.

If you are looking to connect your WordPress blog to Facebook, here are three useful Plugin links for you:

  2. Community Facebook Connect Plugin, by Jesse Stay
  3. WordPress plugin, by Sociable (some parts of the site are in Spanish)

It was quite tricky in places, but we are now up and running with option 1, the plugin by Facebook.
