A quick drawing of one of my heroes, Sir Ranulph Fiennes OBE. Shown here against a backdrop of Everest and based on the photo and cover of his great book (Mad, Bad, and Dangerous to Know). Though unsuccessful on his Everest bid, aged 61, his achievements to date are inspirational to human achievement and our limits.

A quick portrait of James Hetfield from Metallica. I plan to complete the whole image of him on stage playing and so will post the full artwork once completed. I hope you like the picture and any feedback would be great.

Five minutes ago I had an Photoshop idea which I thought might be a little fun…and here it is:

Trees + Hand =

Both excellent pictures are from the great Stock Xchnge (ww.sxc.hu). With a bit of time I think you could really start to create some interesting images out of this.
