For our customers, your details will be as follows:

Name: As you would like it to appear to people when they receive an email from you
Email address: info@mydomain.co.uk
User Name: mydomain.co.uk (or mydomain.co.uk_username)
Password: As set by you or issued at the start of your hosting
Incoming Mail Server (POP3): pop3.mydomain.co.uk
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): As per your Internet Service Provider
